How it started
It started with a simple frustration: watching a brilliant cooking video on TikTok, wanting to make that dish later, and having absolutely no way to save the actual recipe.
Screenshots get buried. Notes apps become chaos. Recipe binders sit forgotten in drawers. And those brilliant videos? They disappear into an endless scroll.
We thought there had to be a better way. So we built Cookko — an app that lets you save recipes from anywhere, whether it's a TikTok video, a food blog, a handwritten family recipe card, or something you just made up.
Our AI reads the video, extracts the recipe, and organises everything for you. No more frantic pausing and scribbling. No more “where did I save that recipe?” moments. Just a beautifully organised collection of every recipe you've ever loved.
